Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This version of the document was migrated into the system as part of the Policy Software Project, November 2016. Minor revisions in line with FFR March 2015. Revised with minor changes August 2014. New format. Content previously approved Academic Board 19 November 2008. The implementation of the latest version of this policy supersedes all previous versions of this policy.
