Summary of Changes from Previous Version

20/08/2021 – This Policy was approved for rescission by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Senior Executive Group on 19 August 2021 (SEG21/158).


This version of the document was migrated into the system as part of the Policy Software Project, November 2016. Minor revisions 16 November 2015.
