07/05/2021 – Procedure was approved for revocation by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Senior Executive Group on 25 March 2021 (SEG21/46) and was replaced by the Website and Intranet Policy.


10/03/2020 – Document reviewed as part of scheduled review, minor revisions in clauses 2g, 8, 11, 12, 19 & 20, reset review date for 3 years.


05/02/2020 – Updated reference to College Pro Vice-Chancellor to College Provost in clauses 11, 12, 13 & 14.
