30/07/2023 - This Policy was revoked by Academic Board on 19 July 2023 (AB23/35).


04/01/2022 – OSSC – Document reviewed and updated for OSSC impacts. References to Colleges were updated to Schools, PIPU to DAPA, removed references to positions that no longer exist and Section 6 – Stakeholders was removed.


08/01/2020 – Updated reference DVCA to DVCE in Clause 10 and College PVC to College Provost in Clauses 12 and 18.


27/06/2017 – Updated SDVC reference to DVC(A).


This version of the document was migrated into the system as part of the Policy Software Project, November 2016. Minor revision to reflect FFR organisational structure on 23 December 2014.
