(3) This Policy applies to: (4) The University will proactively inform the appropriate designated authorities of prospective changes to its ownership and/or management. In so doing, it will comply with any specific requirements prescribed by those authorities. (5) For purposes of compliance with the National Code, changes of ownership or management are documented through the Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) - to the designated authority. (6) For purposes of compliance with the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations, changes of ownership or management are documented through the Chief Executive Officer of the RTO to the designated authority.
