Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This version of the document was migrated into the system as part of the Policy Software Project, November 2016.

Revisions in line with FFR April 2015. Prior approvals: Reviewed and revised December 2013 to reflect the national standards currently in operation. Noted by Academic Board, 9 June 2010, Minute 441.3.2 that procedure returned to respective administrative unit for approval. Subsequently confirmed by Academic Services that unit endorsed the procedure. The implementation of the latest version of this procedure supersedes all previous versions of this procedure.
