Summary of Changes from Previous Version

11/12/2023 - Administrative update to title(s), Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) and (Education) now referred to as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic).

14/12/2022 - The revised policy was approved by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Senior Executive Group on 8 December 2022 (SEG22/285). This policy consolidated content from the previous Email for Official Correspondence with Students Policy, Current Student Communications Policy and the Authorising Email Broadcasts to Students Procedures.
