Summary of Changes from Previous Version

12/03/2025 - Administrative update to division name and titles. People & Culture previously named Human Resources, and the Chief People Officer previously titled Executive Director, Human Resources.


08/05/2024 - Procedure reviewed and updated to align with the implementation of the Enterprise Agreement 2023 and endorsed by the Executive Director, Human Resources. This included updating the document into the new template, including Equity in the title of the document and resetting the review date for 3 years.
