Summary of Changes from Previous Version

08/04/2025 – Minor revisions made to update position title from Manager, academic Services to Director, Student Administration in the Key Decisions Table, clauses 46, 56(a) and 65. Also updated clause 64 from written response to the decline email to Submit a Review Form. The revisions were endorsed by DVCA and PVC(L&T).

04/12/2024 - Revisions to this Policy and Procedure were approved by Academic Board on 20 November 2024 (AB24/62).  Publication scheduled for 06/01/2025 and review date reset for 3 years.
