Summary of Changes from Previous Version

02/04/2026 – Change of Responsible Policy Manager from CIO to PVC (AI) and Chief AI Officer and change of accountable Executive from COO to VC, also inclusion of new clause in clause 6. Revisions approved by the Vice-Chancellor directly by email on 02/04/2026.

23/12/2025 - Revisions to this Policy including change of the Responsible Policy Manager from Chief Commercial Officer to Chief Information Officer were approved the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Senior Executive Group on 4 December 2025 (SEG25/295).
