12/03/2025 - Administrative update to division name and titles. People & Culture previously named Human Resources, and the Chief People Officer previously titled Executive Director, Human Resources.


17/12/2024 - Revisions to this Policy and Procedure, including transition to the new template and approval to Vice-Chancellor, were approved by the Executive Director, Human Resources on 16 December 2024.  Review date reset for 2 years.
