Summary of Changes from Previous Version

04/04/2024 – Light review undertaken by Senior Manager, Security, Risk & Compliance, reset review date from 9/3/2023 to 4/4/2025.

07/12/2021 – Removed Section 6 – Stakeholders from the document as it is no longer required as part of the Policy template.

09/03/2020 – Reviewed with no changes apart from the inclusion of the Mobile Code in the definitions section; reset review date for 3 years.

21/09/2017 – Reviewed with no changes, reset the review for 12 months. This version of the document was migrated into the system as part of the Policy Software Project, November 2016. This document replaces the “Information Security Policy March 2007. Approved by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Planning and Resources Committee, 1 August 2014, minute reference PRC14/110(M)-86.9. The implementation of the latest version of this policy supersedes all previous versions of this policy.
