21/09/20 – Updated reference in clause 11 to refer to the Course Design Policy instead of the Subject Lifecycle – Subject Design Policy (revoked by ABEC 9/9/20).

8/08/18 – Academic Board approved the name change of this Procedure on 8 August 2018, min ref 505.3.5; previously title was Subject Lifecycle – Subject Review Procedure.
